It must be a common practice as I watched Walgreen(Whalley Ave/ Ella T Grasso BLVD) staff do the same thing when cleaning the parking lot.

We are closing older Illegal Dumping issues from 2020 in order to focus on current Illegal Dumping issues. Many of the older issues were addressed through our regularly scheduled collection but never closed. Other trash issues include Parks trash and/or litter situations which were resolved.
