Description

Irrigation system is off and water main is off. Sprinklers have not turned on in 3 months. All the wonderful trees and landscaping that the city just installed are going to die, some already are. It has not rained in a month and is not scheduled to for another 2 weeks at least. Irrigation water main needs to be turned back on.
