I believe Jim chose the category "๐๐ช๐๐ก๐๐ ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐, ๐๐ฉ๐ง๐๐๐ฉ๐จ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ฟ๐ง๐๐๐ฃ๐จ" because there are cars parked in the street which is a public space. You and I both know the correct category should be "๐๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐ค๐ก๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ/๐ผ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ช๐ฉ๐ค", but that's a small error which is understandable. This street has a "No Parking Anytime" sign in front of 95 Water Street. It might be a good idea not to close issues which were reported by other people. One of our city's officials has admin rights to change the category to "๐๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐ค๐ก๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ/๐ผ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ช๐ฉ๐ค".
