A lot of water pools at the side of the road due to divots and missing asphalt. The photo doesn't show the condition of the potholes in those locations due to the water. The bottom driveway apron is also in very bad condition.

Road condition is in a similarly bad condition along the same side of road in front of 25 Pinewood and to the corner of Clara Rd.
