Theres a big tree root that's been growing along the sidewalk and stopping the rain water and debris from reaching the drain its been like that for over 3 years since I've lived here it causes a puddle to stay on half of the road in front of my house its nasty and kids play in it theres lots of animals and bugs around that puddle my car sits in water most of the time please can u fix before winter when its dangerous
