For your records, the area you're speaking of, as are all numbered roads within the State (aside from those in Baltimore City), are maintained by State Highway Administration (SHA), not Anne Arundel County Bureau of Highways. SHA can be reached via telephone at 410-766-3770 (Glen Burnie location)/ 410-841-1009 (Annapolis location), or you can submit your request via their service request website http://marylandsha.force.com/customercare/request_for_service).

This is Anne Arundel County's website, sir. If the road belongs to Howard County, you can contact their Dept of Public Works to have this issue resolved. However, according to my records, Coca-Cola Drive, between Dorsey Rd and the Industrial Park, is owned by the State Highway Administration.
