House was on fire 1.5 years ago. since then the windows and roof have remained exposed to the weather and pests and it is rotting and deteriorating away. there is a massive colony of rats and potentially other animals living there and causing issues to neighboring homes. this is a health hazard as well as a blight for those looking to sell their home in the area.
