Description

just saw this black tow truck unload the big yellow container on E St. & 103rd Ave. at about 4:00pm. Truck company name something like Al Albertson Services. He headed up 98th I tried getting license plate number, but name not clear in photo. More trash added to block, mattress, sofas, etc... please investigate this area. Yesterday I saw a dead rat in the street.
