People moved into this unit about 8 months ago and trash keeps appearing right across the street from this house. I have personally seen the tenants just dump furniture there. And I have complained about this before. You guys rectified the problem. But, it has been an ongoing issue.The property is owned by Mandy Management and I personally spoke them and spoke Jacob @ Mandy Management and notified them of their tenants. There are about 4 bags of trash planted on the sidewalk and debris by the Casa Otonal Retirement parking lot on Auburn st entrance. The city has to be notified if this eye sore.
