FYI - I have a circular drive also and last February someone called and the police showed up. They informed us of the call and told us to keep it on our private property and not to drive it without current a current registration. We politely showed him a copy of the current registration and then had to go to DMV to get replacement decals because someone stole them in our circular driveway.

OH, by the way. I drive by that house frequently and feel sorry for the owners. It seems that because of the location, many people see their house and complain to the Gulf Gate HOA and apparently here too! I think the entire neighborhood needs to take a collection and help them reroof, paint, and landscape to your satisfaction. Maybe even pay to register the car if they can't afford it?
