Construction crew outside on the street in front of 135 river has blocked off access at Kinnaird and River, preventing access to our house at 133 River. This is preventing packages from delivering to our home, and we have now missed several medication dropoffs. They do not have a permit to block off access to our house and are very rudely refusing to move their sign or caution tape.
