RVs parked along the street were obstructing the sidewalk and the right traffic lane near Fruitvale Av. About 100 ft of this obstruction was cleared by city order two weeks ago. Now the RVs and cars are back and increasing daily, leaving about 40 ft unobstructed, so far. This photo shows the 2 added RVs and 3 cars that have come back to date. These guys may be homeless, but they are also selfish and are abusing our street. This street is heavily traveled, connecting High St with Fruitvale and going to the Fruitvale bridge
