I’m sure we will get a bunch of excuses from OAKDOT next year about why they couldn’t do something that was “planned” for 3 years.

Thanks for the comment Matt. A number of the 2020 paving segments are indeed being delivered in early 2021. The 2020 paving contracts were all awarded to contractors earlier this year, and a good chunk of it has been completed already, with the rest imminent.
The Thornhill paving however was on a standalone contract which also included some sidewalk work, pedestrian crossing upgrades, and other stuff. This project is fully designed and was already bid out in early September as well, though I don't know the specific timeline for construction.
