When does it end? There's still PLENTY of LEGAL parking spots nearby, but these SAME, REPEAT offenders don't care

I feel your frustration. It’s totally ridiculous that the city isn’t doing anything about this.
Can I suggest another approach? Justin Elicker’s personal cell phone number (which he gives out freely) is 203-500-2969. Perhaps you could text/call him and let him know (1) how many times you’ve posted to this website and (2) how long it’s been since this problem has been happening.
While you’re at it, you could mention that parking enforcement in East Rock generally seems to be non-existent.
