Still looking trashy. Also looks like a DOT worker(?) has dumped some household trash in the staging area which the DOT is using. The embankment is carpeted with litter, and the curb strip, immediately to the left of the I91/I95 Willow St. entrance ramp is sorely neglected - the sidewalk is encroached upon by unraked leaves and overgrowth and littered with copious amounts of garbage including miscellaneous car parts - a headlight, hubcaps, etc...
