Disabled vehicle, black 4 door sedan, front end damage, CT tag AY 76443 is being stored on the odd side of the street. It's been 8 weeks, and we have complained numerous times. It is consistently preventing the odd side of the street from being plowed. You said you were going to tow it, but you have done nothing.
