This was first posted by someone else months ago, has anything been done?
I happened to look up at a hawk perched on 21 Broadway and I noticed that the bricks at the top of this building look like they are loose on the side facing towards Patagonia, perhaps due to water/ice penetration. These loose (?) bricks are behind a rain gutter and are right over a busy pedestrian sidewalk. Not sure who owns this building. Can someone take a look at this for public safety? also asked
