City trash receptacles have been stolen. I am sharing a neighbor's bin. Please provide another asap!

We will forward your request to our internal work order system. There is a wait list for toters. In the meantime you can use a plastic bag with a small amount of smelly substance on the inside to keep any animals from tearing at the bag and place it out at the curb on your reggularly scheduled trash pick-up days. Thanks
