A few weeks ago, some people in vehicles started camping in this spot. The sidewalk is completely blocked with blocked with bags of trash, misc. items, shopping carts, bike parts, etc. This forces pedestrians with small children, people in wheelchairs and people with strollers out into the street. This should be prioritized before it gets any worse/more expensive/time consuming to clean up.
