Graffiti covering pedestrian bridge over 540. This is a problem because much of it is extremely inappropriate imagery and profanity and the families who live here have had to discontinue use of the bridge when walking with children because it is disturbing and not appropriate.

The answer will be that this is owned by the DOT. They will pass it on and it will go in the bit bucket never to be seen again. Lights are out also and that has not been addressed in years.
