Description

The amount of tents and trash that have accumulated in Snow Park is abhorrent. It is literally next to a children’s park and I have found needles and other drug paraphernalia everywhere. They poop and pee everywhere and trash the whole park. There are children within 50 ft of a encampment- this was once a nice park for children and people to play in but it is horrible now.
