Description
Several tree branches have been cut along the path on skyline blvd and left to dry for 2-3 weeks. Weeds are 3-4 ft tall and need to be mowed, in many places they obstruct the footpath. The combination is a fire hazard and needs to be addressed immediately. In addition, one of the plants that has been cut (at location) is possibly a rare specimen of arctostaphylos pallida (according to wikipedia a federally listed threatened species): it is likely that it will not survive as it's been cut through the trunk about 3 ft from the base.
