    The grass in the boulevard that divides 79th Ave N between ML King Jr. St N and 11th St. N is quite high. In fact, the grass all along ML King Jr St N on the City's property is quite high and looks like it hasn't been mowed very recently. It looks bad, and I'm sure it's a haven for snakes and rodents.

    I've lived here now 2 years and the speeding traffic cutting from 4th to 83rd Ave N through Riverside Dr N and vice versa has increased exponentially. I notice tons of walkers, bikers and strollers coming down the road daily so speeding cars are a HUGE problem. Why is there not some sort of speed humps or traffic calmin devices on this street to prevent the excess speed? Also, it is known issue that speeding on 83rd Ave N/NE is reoccurring problem. With the new park that has been constructed measures need to be taken to prevent speeding and excess traffice from Gandy and 4th from even entering this area. It is only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured.

    I've noticed at various times throughout the night that none of the street lights are on from 83rd Ave N to 89th Ave N on both sides of 4th St N. I reported this immediately after Irma and it's still an issue.

    Signage needs to be provided (flooding danger or some kind of stake that shows how deep it is) on this street to address the unmitigable flooding issue. People unfamiliar with this issue drive down the street into nearly 3 feet of water. This represents a significant safety hazard if their car were to hydrolock and this also causes cars to drive into the front yards of people on the street causing serious damage to lawns.

    This past week I was exiting our neighborhood and stopped at the stop sign at the corner of 89th Ave NE & Sunlit Cove Dr NE to make a right hand turn. I proceeded forward and hit a deep pothole that was covered with water (seldomly), making it that much more dangerous. I thought I had damaged my newer tire and rim. I am from up north and not new to potholes.. this is bad. Can you PLEASE make this a priority on your repair list so others don't have the same experience. Thank you.
