71 Skillman Ave Jersey City NJ 07306, United States - Journal SquareThis fence is a zoning violation on multiple fronts and needs to be removed. They were forced to remove the bar wire only to replace it with a homemade version. This needs to be removed as well in the interim.

Basement hatch on public sidewalk is collapsing. Tripping hazard.
I remind, that once this structure is demolished, no new hatch can be permitted. There is no such a thing as grandfathering hatch when new structure is erected.

1. There is no permit major reconstruction going on converting car mechanic garage into dispensary. Two illegal driveways were liquidated, and two new erected in different spots. Both new ones are illegal, since they enter US highway 1-9 intersection (including into jug handle ramp leading to County Road. Such an arrangement requires special permit from NJ DOT which manages this intersection on behalf of US DOT.
Raymond Meyer has no authority to issue permit for these new driveways to begin with.
I request Fulop fire Meyer and no Certificate of Occupancy be issued for illegal and DANGEROUS new driveways.

Can’t find who to contact for this, so putting it here.
Every address in Society Hill 1 is wrong (may affect section 2 and Droyers Point too). Which affects every map across departments. zoning map, permit location map, etc. All wrong. And it messed up all the addresses in google maps because it looks like they get the info from the town. And likely other places that utilize address location info. Which may explain why deliveries get screwed up so often here.
Source of the problem appears to be the Qual numbers got changed at some point. But were mapped to location wrong in 2 ways.
They mapped the addresses to the qual code locations So, at least for the buildings on the south side of the cross streets in society hill 1, qual codes had letters replaced by their number in order of the alphabet. example building 9, 9A to 9X became C0901 to C0924. So, the qual codes for addresses listed for property taxes are probably correct. I didn’t check other buildings besides south side cross street ones.
Actual street addresses in society hill go in order per building, do not alternate sides. On the cross streets in SH1 south side buildings. Turning north onto a cross street from Cherry St. (ignore the right side of Juniper that has different layout), addresses 1 to 12 are on the left, 13 to 24 on right. You’ll have to double check the other buildings that are NOT on the south side of the cross street for their exact addresses.
Originally qual numbers were in order on a building in a counterclockwise pattern starting from the bottom right.
New qual numbers, if you orient the building correctly the way it would be on the street, show as applied clockwise from the top right.
But, the new mapped street addresses for the building match none of those. Now, the addresses don’t even match the incorrect qual map locations. Addresses for building 9 were applied alternating side to side from top left to bottom right.
Looking at map for building 9,
Bottom right, 1 Holly Street was 9A (city has 13 Walnut)
Top right, 12 Holly st. was 9L (city has 2 Holly St.)
Top left, 24 Walnut St. was 9M (city has 1 Holly St.)
Bottom left, 13 Walnut was 9X (city has 14 Walnut St.)So, property tax wise, tax address at least for the southern side buildings on the cross streets in SH1, look correct.
The location of qual codes on buildings were applied wrong.
The street addresses (which have not actually changed) on the new mapping are all wrong, and don’t even match the incorrect qual code mappings. Our deeded parking spaces are numbered by the qual code of our homes. So that may help somehow. But, parking spots are not physically located in front of every home.
