    There is a hydrant marked blue on our Versaterm computer program and I believe is supplied by a well. This hydrant is also in a county island so I don't know if TOG has any authority here. Anyway, hydrant #11469 is buried almost to the 5" cap. The hydrant works but it will take time to operate this hydrant in an emergency. We left a door hanger at 17423 Saragosa Street. r

    Hydrant is in between units on HOA landscaping responsibility. Hydrant is completely covered 360 degrees and covered top to bottom in a flower bush. Needs to be completely removed.
