Homeless encampment beginning to form in 9500 block of mountain. Rv been there over two months, blight and other vehicles parking there now. Repeat complaints to 311 have been ignored.

I have daily that the RV has a vehicle parked so as to block the front of the vehicle from access, making towing a more troublesome task. Also all manner of cubbies are opened along the street to possibly indicate a disabled vehicle. It’s amazing how well and how far a disabled vehicle can navigate Northern California terrain. It appears the vehicle functions as I once observed an occupant uncovering the AC unit on the ceiling.
