The sidewalk is collapsing next the man hole cover. This is a serious tripping hazard.The awful smell that comes from the the manhole my affect peoples ability to cope with the tripping hazard and not react in time.

This manhole cover and the surrounding sidewalk pavement have been a hazard since 2011, when this image was taken by Google maps. It appears it has been marked with green spray paint - what would that have denoted to your Dept. back then? Thanks for trying to keep up with the constant demand...!
