Description
"Engine breaking" by tractor trailers / semis on Concord Ave. is out of control.
This loud and disruptive practice degrades the quality of life for residents and neighbors and puts our historic homes and buildings at risk.
What can be done to prevent or minimize engine breaking?
This is especially problematic on the "down hill" section of the street from Huron Ave. towards Harvard Square.
