Unfortunately the flooding of Lewis Street Park from the splash pad continues It appears that something is damaged in the system that receives water from the pad's drain (water is not flowing over the surface from the pad) and resurfaces just before the slide This happens after the splash pad has been in use for an extended period of time One theory is that when the contractor replaced the slide and other amenities a couple of years ago, they inadvertently damaged the chamber/pipe below ,
