These lights are causing such a mess that my wife and I talk about moving every time we go through them. I have to leave 15 minutes earlier for work everyday and sit through at least 2 red lights where no one is crossing over the train tracks and the traffic is starting to build up all the way back to Ashland. I am still trying to figure out why someone thought this was a good idea and now that they see its a horrible idea, no one will fix it.

They absolutely need to be looked into. Many drivers do not realize that you are allowed to turn right on the red arrow after stopping, just like a red light, so that causes back ups for cars turning right onto Hollis from Irving. The left turn onto Hollis only lets a few cars go before it's red again. When a train goes by, all the lights are reset and cars trying to get off of Irving can easily sit through 3 or 4 cycles before the light turns green. It's an absolute disaster. These lights have caused so much more traffic! This needs to be addressed

Correction, it needs to be taken DOWN!!!! What idiot came up with the idea of putting these and additional lights in Downtown as well as Saxonville as well as Franklin by Maple Streets?

Now how about taking them down like the other ones I previously mentioned

The problem is also that pedestrians do not wait for the walk signal, so almost every time the 15 second left turn green light comes on, 10 of those seconds are spent waiting for a pedestrian to walk illegally across the street. The pedestrians need to start getting fined for crossing on a do not walk sign.

Easier said then done

This issue is being referred to in-field personnel to determine current status.

I can't wait until we have a mayor accountable to the people risking their job every four years.
