Opis

For 5 days, all LED streetlights have been out on 28th Street between Mandela Parkway and Ettie Street and all HPS post-top streetlights have been out on Mandela Parkway's central median between 26th Street and 32 nd Streets, apparently due to INCOMPLETED PG&E work on a pole-mounted transformer on 28th Street next to the 2792 Mandela Parkway building (former Komatsu bldg). This is a COMMUNITY SAFETY ISSUE and has gone on TOO LONG. See attached map for extents of street lighting outage.
