Hi Doug,
This reported issue appears to be a duplicate of SeeClickFix issue ID: 4869968 (https://seeclickfix.com/issues/4869968 ) which I reported on the same day as your reported issue. The issue was resolved on Monday, September 10, 2018; however, I'll leave it up to you to close this ticket.
By the way, the walk light wasn't working on all 8 crosswalk lights of this intersection, not only the one you noticed, so the problem wasn't with the bulb. It is almost statistically impossible for 8 bulbs to burn out at the same time. It was obviously a problem with the traffic light controller.
The next time you notice something wrong with a crosswalk light, it might be a good idea to take a look around at the crosswalk lights on the other 3 corners to see if they are experiencing the same problem.
I hope you're professional enough to swallow your pride and maybe even realize how much more your department can achieve with my assistance. I'm almost finished working for free.
Cheers,
Tommy
