This was not a water main break. This was just standing water from the storm. The street is now passable.

How about fixing the storm drains so this doesn't happen every time it rains hard?

The water gets deep enough here to disable cars that happen to think they can get through. I'd say approaching waist high. These storm drains need to be cleaned or repaired.
