Description
This morning I was driving to work around 7 am. Spotted a Yorkshire terrier with a leash running on sidewalk totally alone. I tried to pull over to catch him but by the time I turned off the car, he was totally gone. I felt awful but if you are looking for your dog, he was spotted here this morning.
