  23rd Street, The burnt residual is one issue, the bigger issue is that the homeless encampment set fires in our residential street which dangers all of our homes and residents. This encampment is unsanitary with feces, drug addicts with needles all over the street, trash & filth, and setting fires in our residential Street.

  My guess is that that most of the burned material is toxic and hazardous to the environment and water shed. As it gets colder this going to happen a lot more often.

  How long do you guys think before Oakland is covered into a giant de-facto landfill? I think within the next 2 decades the streets and sidewalks will all be so covered in trash it'll be impossible for anyone to navigate or live here anymore. What's your prediction?

  Hey Guys, Today is Scorch the Earth Day or rather Scorch our residential 23rd Street. After the homeless person abandon his tent, he set it on fire. It was burning all the trash with plastic that created black flumes all over our residential street. This is the third fire in this month on this street. When is the City is going to act to protect its residents.

  Another self medicating street zomb!e off its medication having a melt down. Oakland's city official love these these losers. The taxpayers not so much but do not forget to pay your taxes. Our entitled city workers are poor and hungry.

  Again for the fifth time, a homeless person defecated on my private property. Since the City doesn't clean on private property, its residents must do the gross clean-up. It's no wonder why the City doesn't care and permit homeless encampments on my 23rd St / MLK residential street, they don't have to do the clean-up. No, it's not animal feces because they also left the gross toilet paper next to it.

  Your taxes at work. More drama on my residential 23rd St. More Fire Truck and Ambulance on 23rd St / MLK. An Ambulance call is easy $1,000 not including ER.

  The last time I checked the cost of an EMT was $2099.00 plus 48.50 a mile this doe's not include the services Highland resort and spa prices to medicare. But what the heck its not there money.

  Today, a handicap person on a wheel chair was almost hit by a vehicle making a right turn from MLK to 23rd Street because the homeless encampment is blocking the sidewalk. Very dangerous and it's an imminent hazard and a deadly accident waiting to happen.

  Another example of how a handicap person in wheel chair had to navigate into the street because of encampments blocking both sides of street sidewalks. I'm archiving all these photos for any handicap person to use if or when they get hit by a motorist because the City doesn't do anything about it.

  Our Encampment on our 23rd St / MLK, a residential street celebrated today on New Year's Eve by setting a fire. What a dangerous street for residents to live.

  Today here's another example how a handicap person in wheelchair has to travel in the street because the sidewalk is blocked by the encampment on 23rd St (a residential street) / MLK. ADA is a Federal Law however homeless in Oakland preempts ADA.

  Today, here's another example how a mother strolling her baby in the street because the encampment is block access to our sidewalk on our residential street at 23rd St / MLK. She is pictured on the right with on coming traffic on the left. I just waiting for an accident to happen I will definitely submit all these dated pictures to the victim's attorney.

  More drama on 23rd St / MLK today. For a residential street, we have more than our share of grief over filth, drugs, fires, and death. Not a good street for our families with children to be mixed with encampment. Even with several deaths in our street, the City still doesn't do anything.
