Hello Senora,
Something is definitely wrong here. You have reported the following issues more than 200 times since January 8, 2017. (Yes, I actually counted them)
1) Hearing people talking outside
2) People walking too close to your home
3) People walking dogs near your home
4) People loitering
5) People driving cars
6) People riding motorcycles
7) People yelling through your windows
Complaining online for 1 year and 10 months has done you no justice. It doesn't look like you are getting the results for which you are hoping.
