I wonder how long before they copy and paste their "assigned to HLOs" canned response and close this issue without actually resolving it, only for it to continue to be a problem years later
Thank you for your notification. The Homeless Liaison Officers (HLO) are aware of this area, and they have coordinated with various City resources to offer services to the involved persons. The HLOs will continue to monitor and work towards an alternative plan.

reopening this issue because "assigned to hlos" does not mean "closed" stop abusing the "Close" button to sweep issues under the rug. we know you guys dont want to do your jobs but thats no excuse for closing issues without fixing them
