Deskripsyon

Mowing half a grassy area does not constitute park maintenance! Please! Do park workers have ANY training? There are tall, overgrown weeds everywhere in this park. It’s a perpetual MESS. And, a historical landmark? Oakland, what a shame and embarrassment.
