Got a postcard from the city that says the sidewalk is the property owners responsibility. the city will not charge for a permit if you want to fix it now.

Do you have a favorite sidewalk contractor?

I may a drop a note off for the property owner.

The city is responsible for making sure that sidewalks are fixed, which probably means notifying the property owner just after the expiration of the free permit period.
