Description

Noticed EXTENSIVE homeless encampment all over mosswood park. reiterating complaint from 4 months ago ("Homeless encampments all over Mosswood Park. Unsanitary , unsafe, and decreases quality of life for tax paying residents."), why do a small group of people take over, WITHOUT PERMISSION, a park intended for all?
