If you are not getting any help from OPD try giving the BATF a call 510-267-2200 and the DEA 510-637-5600. Also report all crimes on line with OPD document every thing

You and as many concerned neighbors need file complaints with Code and Blight enforcement 510-238-3381. If OPD is not going help try BATF 510-267-2200, DEA 510-637-5600. Keep documenting and emailing your city council person there staff and the majors office. Find what police beat you are in and who your NCPC ( National Crime Prevention Council) is.

  This issue has spread threw the whole neighborhood and is responsible for many negative things in our community. From the drug dealing from their place of residence to surrounding.area including willow park. Constant shoot outs and reckless vehicle driving, all day and night and caring little about the neighbors. Party and playing loud music. How is this acceptable and why is the landlord not held at least partial responsible.
