  @David Coleman when I have called and actually spoke to someone, it’s over and it’s hard to get the plates on the car that is doing the doughnuts. All I can see is the color of the car and guessing make and model of the car

  Ouch a year later. I do not know what OPD is doing but there is zero traffic enforcement out there. Oakland was considered one of the most dangerous cities to drive in by the insurance industry last year. Its even more dangerous now and even more so if your on bike or a pedestrian.
