Speeding traffic and a left turn off of Fruitvale onto 15th St. - I saw my co-worker, who was on the sidewalk, jump out of the way when one of the cars went on the sidewalk to avoid a crash. I am so grateful she did not get hurt... or killed at that speed. 1) speeding is more of an issue with the International work 2) the traffic light for Pedestrians crossing takes a long time to change.
