Description
I'd like to request any of the following:
1. speed bump
2. walk signal light
3. stop sign
4. traffic light
I was nearly hit by a car whilst walking in the crosswalk. No one respects it, and over the past three years this area has become a booming business center. For public safety and efficiency the city should add something here as soon as possible.

Hello PiratesHaven,
I can see the status of this issue has not yet been changed from "Open" to "Acknowledged". That means nobody employed with our city has seen it. This issue was reported on Thursday, 02/13/2020. It usually doesn't take this long for one of our city's employees to acknowledge the issue. Today is a holiday, but if it isn't acknowledged by COB (Close of Business) tomorrow, Tuesday, 02/18/2020 it might behoove you to start making phone calls, if you would like action taken on your request.
If you choose to do so, the main phone number to our Transportation, Traffic & Parking Department is 203-946-8075. You can also contact our "Manager of Operations Process Improvements". His name is Ray Willis and his desk phone number is 203-946-7138.
By the way, the sign in the picture I included with my last posted comment is commonly known as an RRFB (Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon) for pedestrian crossings.
I hope this information helps.
