This area has gotten out of hand. The "agreement", whatever that means, was that one side of this underpass was to be used for the homeless. They've taken over the entire underpass, along with drug dealers/addicts, garbage, and now burning vehicles. If you, the city, want to help all parties involved then at least come by and clean up all the trash once a week like you do with all the neighbor hoods in this city and monitor this underpass daily to make sure it's safe for all people involved, the housed and homeless, and keep the drug dealers away and the streets clean.
