Resident reports that on the Greenwood Street side of their building, there is a tree that is lifting up the sidewalk and has become a major tripping hazard for seniors that go to this facility. Please inspect.

Issue was reported more than a year ago. As soon as we can is not an appropriate solution. Seniors are at risk from falling and injuring themselves or worst fatal. Urgency should be practiced here.
