Teal abandoned car bringing losers that want to pick them apart. This City can't keep up with these problems. Having no cops out to catch these people stealing cars is part of the issue, then we are left with these cars left on our neighborhoods many times for months!!! Please pick it up, it's attracting criminals that are coming out like roaches.
