NA - Grand Central District PLUS

Construction has completely demolished the side walk and made that whole south west corner inaccessible sidewalk & Curb.

It may involve a sewer drainage or leveling issue, but really difficult to tell. Please note that every time it rains, even a small shower, the street floods, specifically on the East side where people park and sometimes cannot get out of their vehicles without stepping in standing water. Most notably from the alleyway to Central Ave. There is also a concern of mosquito reproduction as the water can be standing for days. I have attached photos of the issue which will seemingly be much worse if a severe thunder or tropical storm were to come. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Central Ave Plant Box Beat up from Construction of Chase Bank, Directly out front of 1610 Central Ave St. Petersburg, FL Landscape Light in the plant Box is also Broken. Appears to of gotten smashed to pieces, The Light is Inoperable and does not turn on at night.

Almost 3' wide pothole about about 6" deep I got a flat tire and it ruined my tire

There are numerous cars without license plates on them, many cars could never be road worthy. This is an eyesore to our city! Please help! We don't need a junkyard on Central Ave. Every other automotive garage in the area is well kept.

CATCH BASIN CLOGGED/BLOCKED
Resident reported that the catch basin may obstructed or clogged. They requested review and clearing of line and/or basin.

The City trash can at PSTA bus stop #1079 was hit by a car and damaged, please replace. Thank you.

Located behind Tony's Bike shop, its the alley parking lot between Central Ave and 1st Ave North. When exiting the parking lot, there is a large pothole at the intersection of the parking lot and 1st avenue north. It begins just beyond the sidewalk and is over 4" deep and over 6 feet long.

Cars constantly parked on sidewalks and work on vehicles being done in right of way. Dangerous to pedestrians, traffic hazard - corner is obstructed by parked cars, damaging surface of pedestrian areas with oil and tire marks. Have reported multiple times. Please address.
