Another mess of a house on 35th ave s
Who is the inspector for this are? We are tired of the run down house in our hood. Need help to clean it up for the drugs and deplorable conditions

there is a mattress and junk on this lawn. they need to clean up. no reason for this after our neighborhood clean up.

there have been barricades after barricades on this hole. which I assume means you are aware but have not fixed. It was mentioned at our association meeting. Ya think its time to fix it. ? been a couple months.

I went by this residence this morning and there were 6 cars parked across all the lawns. all from this residence. how fair is that. 3 years of lawn parking and now he has a whole parking lot in the lawn. must be nice to get away with stuff.

6th St S between 38th Ave S and 37th Ave S is a nightmare. Driving over the bump in the road makes you feel like your car is going to fall apart. Needs resurfacing badly!

no grass will ever grow here as the car is ALWAYS in front yard, no where else to park except for street which is allowed

this tree not removed yet after 6 months of reporting and city acknowledgement, tree clump has increased greatly to now include brazilian pepper tree which blocks view of traffic on 6th street making turning dangerous as cars speed up to make light at 39th Ave S, needs to be gone before school starts

three cars parked on lawn. These are new renters and are only parking there because 3901 7th st s gets away with it. Their neighbor tried to educate them on the ordinance. {there is one isn't there?}They said that if the folks there can park on the lawn than there is nothing illegal about it. The dominos effect. It has become a big parking lot over here. This is getting out of hand and tickets need to be issued to the landlords of these properties. If a homeowner parked on their lawn wow different story. why don't you make these 2 homes comply like you make us.? Our association is useless without your enforcement. This topic is brought up at every meeting. and when we say there is nothing we can do we lose a much needed member,sometimes more.

Persons at above property continue (OVER 1 YEAR) to use front yard for automobile parking at night and weekends when codes inforcement is normally off duty.

Tv, wood, glass, food, beds... You name it. So much trash the garbage truck placed the can on it. The alley way is on the east side of 8th st. Running east west. It Sa that a citizen has to report it instead of the garbage truck driver picking up a microphone and telling dispatch

there is a car belonging to this residence that has been crashed. It has been sitting off road illegally. The father parks his truck right next to it . father is parked legal but his parking makes it double parked. I had a rough time getting through with parking. I did call the police but it is also a city natter. This residence is ridiculous Look at the code violations. why isn't this guy in jail. ?why isn't the landlord in jail with the tenant?. lets get this guy outta here he is ruining the great progress we are making to make our community great? to let this residence intimidate the city the way they do.is a shame
