    This new structure is in the back of 12 Beacon Ave and exceeds the height allowed. Residents fought to limit the height of this new construction. The new structure is taller than the existing home and construction is not done. (Picture with pink line) There were originally three garages the same height and the one circled in pink.

    Why is Borat Kuldeep Kumar allowed to convert a residential unit into business? All Meyer and Curtis have to do, is to cross reference all the Borats' paperwork on record. That is illegal!

    The backyard floodlight of the newly constructed building at 131 Clifton Place is causing significant lighting pollution. The brightness of the floodlight is excessive given the property’s close proximity to neighboring houses. This building’s backyard directly borders the rear of four adjacent properties, with the floodlight positioned above the shared fences and directed toward the neighboring homes.

    The intensity and placement of this floodlight create a disruption to nearby residents, particularly in their bedrooms, by excessively illuminating private spaces during nighttime hours. This appears to violate local lighting or nuisance codes. I request that the city investigate this matter and take appropriate corrective action.

    1. There is no permit major reconstruction going on converting car mechanic garage into dispensary. Two illegal driveways were liquidated, and two new erected in different spots. Both new ones are illegal, since they enter US highway 1-9 intersection (including into jug handle ramp leading to County Road. Such an arrangement requires special permit from NJ DOT which manages this intersection on behalf of US DOT.

    Raymond Meyer has no authority to issue permit for these new driveways to begin with.

    I request Fulop fire Meyer and no Certificate of Occupancy be issued for illegal and DANGEROUS new driveways.

    Please come pick up the no parking signposts all along Clifton Pl. The no parking order expired on October 11. These are a tripping hazard up and down the sidewalks.

    This is about sidewalk cleaning and health conditions. Under the New York Avenue underpass there are the following:
    1. Dead pigeons at the start of the underpass
    2. Pigeon poop all over the sidewalk which people, pets and baby carriages walk and stroll over.
    3. Along the entire bridge wall there is pigeon poop, other types of filth, etc…
    Can the city have a water truck to hose the entire walkway down and pick up dead pigeons, debris and street signs that have been left by the walkway.
